Due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept refunds or exchanges on any product with the plastic hygiene seal broken or removed.
Whilst we try our best to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition, we do offer a 14 day returns policy for any faulty or broken item (excluding external packaging) where we will replace your faulty item with no charge or offer a full refund when the original item is returned to us. Refunds or exchanges will unfortunately not be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Whilst we aim to accurately reflect the colour of product on our website, if you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund or replace your item as long as the plastic hygiene seal around the bottle is not broken or removed. Once this seal is removed we are unable to accept a return or exchange for the item.
If you would like to return or exchange a faulty item, please send a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order Number and preference if you would like a return or exchange.
Costs to return products are at the charge of the customer. Once the return has been accepted and delivered back to us, your refund will then be processed between 3-5 working days via original payment method.
